As you may have already heard recently it was discovered that most denture adhesives, used to hold full dentures in your mouth, have a heavy metal ZINC as one of their ingredients. Some the symptoms of Zinc over-exposure are numbness to the extremities, loss of taste and bowel problems. Many major manufacturers of denture adhesives have already begun to reformulate their products without ZINC.
