David Scardella, DMD, FICOI
Dr. David Scardella grew up in Princeton Junction, New Jersey. He always loved playing sports and his passion for ice hockey first brought him to Massachusetts at the age of 16 when he attended Milton Academy. He then went on to attend Wesleyan University (Middletown, CT) and it was there that he decided to pursue a career in dentistry. Dr. Scardella received his DMD from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine (Newark, NJ). He then completed advanced training in a General Practice Residency at the Washington, D.C. Veterans Affairs Medical Center. During his residency, Dr. Scardella was able to expand his dental skills while treating a deserving and diverse patient base.
Dr. Scardella moved back to Massachusetts in 2013. He practiced dentistry in Beverly, MA for several years as an associate. He purchased Center for Progressive Dentistry from Dr. Santelli in April 2015. Dr. Scardella's interests within dentistry are vast and he is always striving to learn more. He takes around 100 hours of continuing education courses every year. In 2019, Dr. Scardella earned fellowship status in the International Congress of Oral Implantology (FICOI). Dr. Scardella is a general dentist and is especially interested in dental implants and complex dental rehabilitations, but performs a variety of procedures. He wants all patients to be informed and feel comfortable in his chair, so please ask him about any concerns you might have while undergoing dental treatment.
Dr. Scardella lives in Duxbury with his wife Jaime, their two sons Andrew and Tyler, and their dogs Penny and Remy. His hobbies include playing hockey, golf and the guitar.

Following her formal training, she chose to remain at St. Francis Hospital for several more years treating patients and training future dentists in both the clinic and operating room as the residency program director.
Dr. Goding is extremely passionate about her work in the dental profession and is a devoted lifelong learner. She is a proud member of the American Dental Association, the Massachusetts Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
