Our patient had been self-conscious about his smile for a long time. He finally made the choice to invest in his smile. Dr. Scardella used zirconia crowns to achieve beautiful and long-lasting results. Zirconia is a ceramic material with superior strength and elegant aesthetics. The case was custom designed by our long-time dental laboratory partners at Sunrise Dental Lab in California. 

It's amazing what treating just six teeth can do to a smile. These crowns are made out of a ceramic material called zirconia, which is just a strong as it is beautiful. We partner with a premier dental lab that helps us deliver results like this consistently.

Our patient's teeth were severely worn and broken. Dr. Scardella removed any hopeless teeth and replaced them with dental implants, while the remaining teeth were restored with porcelain crowns.

Our lovely patient came in with a broken tooth. Rather than only fix that single tooth, she chose to improve her smile by placing crowns on the other three front teeth. The final result says it all!

Our patient wanted to improve the appearance of her smile. But replacing all the old crowns and fillings with all new porcelain crowns with the correct proportions, the result looks natural and beautiful. 

This young patient suffered trauma to her front teeth. Eventually one needed to be replaced with a dental implant. We also replaced an old crown on her adjacent front tooth to match the shape and color. These new restorations are indistinguishable from natural teeth.

Our patient wasn't happy with the current appearance of her teeth due to wear, chipping, and a space between the two front teeth. We placed 4 ceramic/porcelain veneers and added some bonding to the edges of the canines (eye teeth). The end result make the smile appear more youthful and bright.

Our patient was unhappy with the mismatching appearance of her front teeth. We placed 8 ceramic crowns (zirconia) which gives her a new confidence when smiling. The crowns are customized in size, shape and color to give a natural and age-appropriate look.

Just four front teeth can make a major difference in your smile. In this case, porcelain (or ceramic) crowns (no metal) were placed on the front teeth. What a difference!

We recently adopted the KoR Whitening System into our practice and have been amazed with the results. Our patient had internal staining caused by tetracycline use while the enamel of the teeth was developing (as a child). Instead of a smile makeover with veneer or crowns, our patient was able to achieve whiter, brighter teeth using the KoR Whitening protocol. The results speak for themselves.

Chipped and worn teeth can typically be easily repaired with composite bonding in one appointment with no anesthetic. Bonding with composite resin is a very conservative treatment option that is easily repairable as well.

This person wore through the enamel on their lower front teeth, exposing yellow, soft "dentin" underneath. A simple, one-visit bonding procedure was performed. Novocaine was not needed. A beautiful result!

Our patient didn't like that one tooth was shorter than the other. It also had an old bonded filling which needed to be replaced. Cosmetic bonding was used to lengthen her tooth to match its neighbor. Another happy patient!

Our 17 year old patient, Brian, recently had his braces removed. His lateral incisor was too small and he wanted to close the space for cosmetic reasons. In one simple appointment, without needing any local anesthesia, we were able to fix the issue with composite bonding. The result is an appropriately sized tooth for the space.

Greg used to have a partial denture, which he got tired of wearing. After a couple successful dental implants with his lower teeth, Greg asked Dr. Scardella to replace his upper partial with implants. The results came out extremely aesthetic and Greg was happy to get rid of his partial.

Our pediatric patient chipped her front tooth in a fall. Dr. Scardella restored the tooth with a composite resin filling, or "bonding."

Nate came to Dr. Scardella after a basketball accident in which his front tooth needed to be removed. We placed a dental implant and attached a porcelain crown to restore his smile.

This patient came to Dr. Scardella after her braces were taken off. A few small cavities and white spots ("decalcifications") were visible on the front teeth. With minimally invasive resin composite fillings, or bonding, the teeth were restored beautifully.

Whitening the lower teeth on Tom made him more aware of the yellow discoloration of his upper teeth. Two short appointments later he had 6 handsome porcelain veneers placed on his upper front teeth which now match his lower teeth.
